Returns
ANGEL CHAIN RETURNS POLICY
- Returns will not be accepted for simply change of mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like it or had no use for it
- Store credit (in the form of a coupon code) of the same value will be given only and will be ready to use immediately
- Store credit (in the form of a coupon code) is valued of 12 months
- Returns are processed within 3 business days of receiving the order
- Angel Chain is not held responsible for lost/damaged returns in transit so make sure to use a traceable delivery method for returning your items
- Discounted/Sale items and accessories cannot be retuned
- Angel Chain does not cover return shipping costs unless said otherwise
NEED TO MAKE A RETURN
- Returns can be made within 30 days of purchased date
RETURN CONDITIONS
- All return items must have tags still attached, original packaging, be unworn, unwashed & free of any stains when the garment was tried on
FAULTY/MISSING ITEM
- Choice of a refund or store credit (in the form of a coupon code) for faulty items
- Email info@angelchain.com.au if you have received an incorrect/faulty item. In the email you must include pictures, the order number, name and the item name/s.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

- Fill out the form with all details written correct and clear
- Make sure to include the form in the returned parcel
- Return to address

*Returns will be assessed and a follow up email will be sent to customer to explain if the item is accepted/not accepted
*If not accepted the item will not be returned unless the costs are paid for by customer
