HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO ORDER?

Angel Chain offers a standard size guide, which can be found under SIZING on our website. If you’re unsure on your sizing, please don’t hesitate to send us an email at info@angelchain.com.au.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, once you’ve placed and paid for an order, the order cannot be cancelled. 

WHAT DO I DO IF I’VE ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE?

Email us ASAP at info@angelchain.com.au. Please include your order number, your name, the item you ordered, the incorrect size and the correct size for quickest response.

If the order has already been shipped, unfortunately we can’t change this for you but we do offer returns for incorrect size. View our Returns policy page.

WHAT DO I DO IF I’VE ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Email us ASAP at info@angelchain.com.au. Please include your order number, your name, the item you ordered, the size, the incorrect address and the correct address for quickest response.

Unfortunately, once the order has been shipped we can’t change this.

WHERE CAN I FIND THE ORDER CONFRMATION EMAIL?

  1. Check your spam/junk mail
  2. If you still can’t find the order confirmation, email us at info@angelchain.com.au and we can re-send this to you.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER

You will receive an email with a tracking number once the order has been shipped.

WHY WON’T MY TRACKING NUMBER WORK?

Tracking numbers take a few hours to process. Until the parcel is scanned it won’t register, so don’t worry and keep checking for any updates.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ITEM ARRIVED FAULTY/INCORRECT ITEM/MISSING AN ITEM?

Email info@angelchain.com.au and include order number, name, the item name, pictures and tell us what went wrong.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU HAVE AVAILABLE?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal and AfterPay. 

I HAVE A COUPON CODE, HOW DO I APPLY IT?

If you have a valid coupon code, add all your wanted items to your cart and hit checkout. There will be an option at the top of the page to “click here to enter your coupon code”, once clicked you can enter your coupon code and hit apply. 

MY COUPON CODE ISN'T WORKING

Make sure you have a valid coupon code that is eligible for the items in your cart and is not expired. If the code still isn’t working just email us at info@angelchain.com.au.
